What is the South West Support Network?
The South West Support Network provides help to families who need support from a range of services. As part of the Network, Kwaba Bidi works with other service providers to get people what they need. The Network focuses on supporting families and young people aged 18 to 25 with past care experience who need short-term support.
Kwaba Bidi is the lead agency for the Network, meaning we are responsible for managing the delivery of the Network and coordination between service providers who are partners. Funding for our operations is provided by the Department of Communities.
Reducing barriers
We know one of the big challenges people face when trying to find support is where to go to find it.
South West Support Network Partners work together on clients’ cases to make sure people are receiving the assistance they need. Our No Wrong Door policy means even if a service provider cannot provide the right support for a case, they can redirect the person to another service provider within the Network who can provide the right support.
Information Booklet
To assist your organisation in becoming a partner in the South West Support Network, we have created an Information Booklet which details what we do, the benefits of joining the Network and how to become a partner.
